Individual Voluntary Arrangements

On 17 January 2007 The Insolvency Service and the British Bankers Association co-hosted a forum of parties interested in the IVA regime.

The forum resulted in four working groups of interested parties being set up to examine a number of IVA related issues in more detail and the chairman’s report of each group can be accessed below.

These reports were discussed at a Plenary Session of the IVA Forum on 31 May 2007 where there was an opportunity for further comments to be made and views expressed.
