The protocol was discussed and finalised at the IVA Standing Committee meeting on 30 November 2007. The agreed protocol can be accessed by clicking here and there are links to the annexes below. The protocol is available for use from 1 February 2008.

Review criteria

The IVA Standing Committee has agreed that the protocol should be reviewed three months after commencement. In order to assist in that review the Committee agreed six specific areas for review and the list can be accessed by clicking here.

There are two monitoring review forms – one details information about proof of debt forms provided more than four months after the date of the meeting of creditors and it can be annexed here

The second form covers the other areas under review and can be annexed here

Once completed the forms are to be sent, using IVA Review in the subject box to Insolvency.Reform@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk
