Out of Hours Appointments

Holders of Qualifying Floating Charges may, in accordance with the relevant Rules, file a notice of appointment with the court by fax.

In England and Wales the designated central fax number is 020 7947 6607.

In Scotland the appropriate form should be faxed directly to the relevant court.  The numbers can be found on the Scottish Courts website, www.scotcourts.gov.uk.
