NEW FINANCIAL REGIME – (Effective 1st April 2004)

Secretary of State Fee on ISA deposits on bankruptcies and compulsory liquidations received from 1/04/04 to 05/04/08.

Bankruptcy – Secretary of State’s administration fee

17%

0% on the first £2000                                 A fee (up to a maximum of £100,000) calculated as a percentage of all chargeable receipts relating to the bankruptcy.

Winding up by the court – Secretary of State’s administration fee

17%

0% on the first £2000                                  A fee (up to a maximum of £100,000) calculated as a percentage of all chargeable receipts relating to the company.

Bankruptcy – Secretary of State’s administration fee

Winding up by the court – Secretary of State’s administration fee

0% on the first £2000                                  A fee (up to a maximum of £80,000) calculated as a percentage of all chargeable receipts relating to the company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: No Secretary of State Fee is payable on deposits in voluntary liquidations.

The following banking fees will be payable, where an account is maintained with the Secretary of State:

Secretary of State fee is charged in New Act cases.

Ad valorem fee is charged in Old Act cases.
