I wish to become established as an insolvency practitioner in GB As well as the Secretary of State a service provider may apply to any of the competent authorities listed in Schedule 1 to The European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007 SI 2781 /2007 except the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland and the Law Society of Northern Ireland (which only authorise insolvency practitioners in Northern Ireland).
