Insolvency Enquiry Line (IEL) REFERENCE GUIDE

This reference guide is designed to enable the IEL staff to deal with simple technical queries, or refer users of the IEL to the relevant person to deal with their query.

The guide includes :

  • An external contact list, which provides useful details of third parties who may be able to provide information or advice to users of the CEL
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheets and general information covering the areas most commonly encountered by the IEL staff
  • A list of all the available leaflets published by the Insolvency Service
