INTRODUCTION

31.0.1 Introduction

This chapter provides guidance on the general protection and collection of assets, and how to deal with third party assets that might be encountered during the course of the insolvency proceedings. Reference should be made to the chapters contained within Chapter 31 for guidance on how to deal with specific assets.

This chapter is divided into 2 parts as follows:

Part 1 – General protection and collection of assets (paragraphs 31.0.2 – 31.0.19)

Part 2 – Dealing with third party property (paragraphs 31.0.20 – 31.0.27)

This chapter has 1 annex as follows:
