INTRODUCTION
3.1 Introduction - General
This chapter provides details of the official receiver's role when a winding-up order is made, what initial action is necessary on the making of the order, what initial enquiries should be made and what notices and letters should be sent out. It also provides details of how the winding up proceedings relate to any prior insolvency proceedings against the company. It is divided into parts as follows:
